Not in love with your order? You can return it. Here is exactly how it works, simply and at no cost.
How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- Drept de retragere de 14 zile. Conform legislației UE, puteți anula comanda în termen de 14 zile de la primire, fără a fi nevoie să justificați.
- Articolul trebuie să fie nefolosit și în ambalajul original.
- Costurile de returnare (expedierea înapoi) sunt suportate de client, cu excepția unui produs defect sau a unei erori din partea noastră, pe care le acoperim noi.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
